Fatima Wheeler
9 years teaching · 15 years practice

Fatima is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 9 years of teaching experience, rooted in a personal practice that spans more than 15 years. Her Australian certifications span Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, and Postnatal yoga, allowing her to guide students across a wide spectrum of styles and needs.

Her teaching journey is deeply informed by a lifelong relationship with movement, beginning with a background in fitness and dance. This evolved into a profound commitment to yoga, captivated by its unique blend of physical healing and spiritual depth. This connection became especially powerful through her own pregnancies and empowering home births, a lived wisdom she now brings to her Prenatal and Postnatal students.

"She loves creating classes that balance mindful challenge with a spirit of exploration, encouraging students to play with their edge in a supportive, non-competitive environment."

Her teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga is an ever-unfolding journey of transformation, one she is dedicated to sharing with integrity and joy.
